Terms & Conditions - TVH Stays Kenya Vacation Rentals

Kenya Vacation Rental Bookings: All bookings for vacation rentals, furnished apartments, holiday homes, and safari accommodation are confirmed upon payment receipt and subject to property availability.

Pricing: Rates for Kenya vacation rentals include accommodation only unless specified otherwise. Additional services like airport transfers, meals, or safari activities are quoted separately.

Payment Terms: Bookings require 30% deposit for furnished apartments and holiday homes, 50% for safari accommodation. Balance due 48 hours before check-in.

Vacation Rentals & Furnished Apartments: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit deposit.

Safari Accommodation: Due to advance planning required, safari bookings require 7-day notice for full refund, 72-hour notice for 50% refund.

Force Majeure: Full refunds provided for cancellations due to government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or safety concerns in Kenya.

Property Care: Guests must treat vacation rentals, furnished apartments, and holiday homes with respect. Damage charges apply for excessive cleaning or repairs.

Occupancy Limits: Maximum occupancy strictly enforced for safety. Unauthorized guests may result in booking termination without refund.

Local Laws: Guests must comply with Kenya laws and local regulations. TVH Stays reserves right to terminate bookings for illegal activities.

Verification Process: All Kenya vacation rentals undergo inspection to ensure safety, cleanliness, and amenity standards for furnished apartments, holiday homes, and safari accommodation.

Host Requirements: Property owners must maintain licenses, insurance, and comply with Kenya Tourism Authority regulations for short-term rentals.
